We are Australia's largest game development companies located in Melbourne & Gold Coast and we are looking for a Software Engineer (Unity) to join our talented team. We are seeking an individual with strong programming skills and a keen interest in games to join us in bringing our games to the next level.


As a Unity Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and become part of a growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and implementing game features within the Unity game engine. You will work collaboratively with game designers, artists, animation, and audio teams, and help develop tools and systems for creating great content for the game. You will also assist with the development and deployment of the game on both iOS and Android mobile devices, and contribute to the team's design vision to build a fun and exciting game.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience working with the Unity game engine.

  • Strong math skills.

  • Strong background in C#.

  • Great communication skills and enjoys working with peers from art, animation, and audio teams.

  • Creative, motivated, focused, and passionate about making games.

  • The ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously and manage competing priorities.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently to get the job done without day-to-day direction.

  • Ability to think on their feet and act quickly.

  • A can-do attitude with the ability to turn a negative into a positive, no problem is too great.

Bonus Points!

  • Experience working and developing games using the PlayFab back-end.

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Functions feature.

  • Strong game optimization skills and can identify bottlenecks in the game.

  • Good understanding of multithreading and how to write code for such systems.
