Following a successful outing at Gamescom 2022, including a nomination for the Best Strategy/Simulation Games for Age of Darkness: Final Stand, PlaySide Studios is excited to announce a return to Cologne, Germany for the event once again in 2023.
WHAT IS GAMESCOM?
Gamescom is an annual trade fair and convention for video games held in Cologne, Germany. It is one of the largest events in the video game industry, with upwards of 400,000 attendees each year. The event serves as a platform for game developers, publishers, hardware manufacturers, and gamers to come together to showcase their latest products, innovations, and announcements.
Gamescom features a mix of business and public days. During the business days, industry professionals have the opportunity to network, discuss partnerships, and unveil new games or technologies. The public days of Gamescom are open to gamers and enthusiasts, allowing them to experience hands-on demos of upcoming games, attend panels and presentations, and interact with developers.

This year, PlaySide Studios will be proudly partnering with Australian industry body, IGEA, to showcase Age of Darkness: Final Stand, Dumb Ways to Die, and PlaySide Publishing on the Australia booth.
