PlaySide Studios are seeking an External Partnerships Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Business Development at PlaySide Studios.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a formalised mission of procurement and partner / vendor management to facilitate external development as well as maintaining existing relationships with the current vendor portfolio. The External Partnerships Manager will negotiate with selected vendors and manage the end-to-end process which would include reviewing vendor contract terms and conditions.
Key Responsibilities

Establishment of defined purchase processes and key business approvals with the EVP of Business Development and the COO.

Creation of vendor developer criteria, interviewing and and shortlisting recommended vendors

Negotiations of vendor pricing and terms and conditions for all external spend to maximize the ROI for PlaySide Studios

End-to-end sign-on and onboarding of vendors onto new development projects

Ongoing maintenance and reporting of external vendor performance including tracking and reporting of spending against budgets to key management

Annual productivity and pricing reviews for existing vendors

Ensure achievement of KPI's, Revenue Growth & GP targets.

Facilitation of global games conference vendor management
What You Bring To The Role

Experience in end to end partnerships / vendor management / experience

Knowledge of industry best practice vendor management systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Excellent ability to time manage and forward plan key initiatives and tasks

Strong spreadsheet, presentation and word processing skills
-
Ability to ensure the studio is managing within budgets for external vendors
-
Results driven mindset

Passion for the video games industry

Positive can-do attitude to difficult tasks
