Hot off the back of Gamescom 2023 and PAX Aus 2023, PlaySide Studios is taking a role in the first ever SXSW Sydney!
PlaySide's titles, Age of Darkness: Final Stand, Thrive: Heavy Lies the Crown and Dumb Ways to Die 4 have been selected to be part of SXSW Sydney 2023.
The PlaySide Showcase is taking place Fri, Oct 20, 2023 at 12:15 PM - 9:00 PM at the Eddy Multispace, so those with a Games Pass can come along, check out our titles and say "Hi" to the team!
Also on Friday, GM Dumb Ways, Ben Kelly, will be joining forces with TikTok AUNZ live on stage to dissect viral success stories and uncover how to turn online popularity into real-world opportunity. Ben will be joined by Annabelle Russell (Head of Content Verticals @ TikTok AUNZ), Ella Whatkins (Book Publisher, Illustrator, Actress & Social Media Superstar), and Tom Maynard (Co-Founder/Director of Amplify) at 10:30am Friday 20 October at ICC Meeting Room C2.1.
Additionally, visitors to Central Park Mall and Fortress Sydney will be able to engage with our Dumb Ways to Die 360 camera activation and get in on the mayhem.
